The design process starts with an initial consultation at your residence. Our main goal is to understand and review the style and vision for your outdoor living space. We work with you to understand your needs for the space and the desired feel you wish to achieve.
Step 2
Custom Design Concepts
Following the design consultation, our expert designers will turn your vision into 2D and 3D conceptual drawings and renderings. We will invite you to our show center for a personalized visual presentation. Budgetary estimates and cost options will be provided along with the conceptual designs.
Step 3
Detailed Proposals and Selections
Following completion of the design presentation, revisions will be made based on your feedback. During this process, materials will be recommended and firm proposals will be prepared based on your selections and design choices.
Step 4
Formal Agreement
A formal agreement will be prepared based on your custom design choices and proposals. Once the agreement is executed, we take on the role of Expert Builder ensuring the project is executed exactly as you envisioned your luxury outdoor living space!
